Our People
RW Services has achieved an accreditation with the Investors in People Standard, our employees are a major resource and we make sure we utilise the skills and talents. We are always looking for ways to maximise their skill set by focusing on their needs and implementing specific training programs that are catered for each person. With our in house training and health & safety and development officer we are able to maintain a high level of staff training.

Quality Management
We work to Quality Management System to the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001. We provide a quality service in all respects and to the complete satisfaction of our Clients.

Health & Safety
RW Services are members of the British Safety Council and our commitment to the health, safety & welfare of our employees, our Clients and to the general public is paramount to how we conduct our business. We have an excellent safety record and aim to keep it that way.

Environmental Management
Environmental Management Systems are in place to the requirements of BS EN ISO 14001. We have a dedicated resource providing Environment and Sustainability expertise. We know our work as a company has an affect on the environment and we are committed to helping the environments we work in and continually improve our Environmental practice’s.
Sutton Park is Birmingham’s largest park covering 2,400 acres consisting of woodlands, heath lands and wetlands. The entire park was recently designated a National Nature Reserves by English Nature. At RW Services we believe that it is important to keep such a beautiful part of this country well kept. Our excess tarmac is used to fill pot holes within the park eliminating waste and helping to preserve one of the country’s national treasures.
